  • Root  Cause Elimination: Using project management methodologies to implement corrective actions identified through RCA.


  • Continuous Monitoring & Analysis: Integrating reliability metrics into regular project assessments for long-term performance gains.

EQUIPMENT ONBOARDING

  • Installation & Commissioning: Coordinating the delivery, installation, and testing of new equipment.


  • Operator & Maintenance Training: Ensuring end-users and maintenance teams are fully trained on new equipment.


  • Documentation & Compliance: Providing manuals, warranties, and safety documentation to meet regulatory and operational requirements.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
